We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Best aspects were the location with stunning beaches, crystal water, and white sand, as well as the well-organized hotel facilities. We could catch up on breakfast with snacks and beverages served near the pool, making it easy to relax and not worry about getting up on time. The room view was fantastic, and we appreciated the friendly attitudes of the employees in the restaurants and by the beach.

Convenient spot for exploring. the rooms were comfy. Lots of breakfast choices available. It's just a 25-minute drive from the airport! 🤩

The lack of Wi-Fi in rooms and poor connection in common areas. Found that the hotel was inconsistent with how they treated different guests, preferring to cater to Italian guests.

This hotel exceeded my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the swimming pool area is fantastic, and the room advantages are remarkable. the bar/lounge area is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. the private facilities, such as the spa, are of high quality.

Although this hotel was exceptional, one minor issue I experienced was with the service. Some staff members were not fluent in English, which led to minor communication issues.

Perfect location, great sea view, clean beach, indoor heated pool, good SPA.

The location of the hotel is great because it is on a beautiful beach in the North coast & Matrouh area. music from Italian group water activities may spoil the serenity for some, but at least it is only in the outdoor bar or cafe area. There is not much outside the hotel that you can eat at, but at least the breakfast is good and there are some facilities for children such as a kids club.

The service of the hotel could be improved. the staff are friendly, but not very professional when it comes to enforcing the rules of the pool.

The beach and sea were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

The service at the hotel was very poor, with unclean cutlery and rude staff. the food was often rotted, the pool was dirty and not taken care of, and the bar staff were not friendly.
